    David Simpson helped us choose a car, we test drove two and he told us the difference between them.  His knowledge on both cars were outstanding and no questions were too big nor small. His care and attention made it very easy for us to make a decision. David was just so helpful & friendly, and the unveiling of my new Sportage was such a surprise!

    I was on my way to sign for a new Nissan Qashqai, when we seen Kia and pulled in. My dad has a Sportage and I love the car so we thought we would have a look. On arriving, very close to closing time we were met by a smiling and welcoming David Simpson. As I said it was very near closing so the heating had been turned off already, without us mentioning about being cold he turned the heat back on for us so we would be more comfortable. I was looking at the Sportage and had seen the Niro outside, and when I asked about it, he went through everything, even pulled one round from the back to let us see the new shape. We were took on a test drive and shown and told everything about the car, on returning I was sure I was going for a Kia just not 100% between the Niro or Sportage. I wasn't hurried or swayed either way he also then brought another Sportage around for us to look at that was different from the one on show. And were also allowed to look at the Niro again so we could make the right choice for us.I was still taking my time deciding between them, it was so difficult so my husband decided to go for the Sportage because I've always loved my dads one.So David got the paperwork started. Half way through I changed my mind to the Niro, and David just smiled like it was no problem and went with it. Still not rushing me he told me to let him know by 11am the next day incase I changed my mind again, which I didn't and am so glad as I have fell in love with the Niro. David (and the rest of the staff which I had kept behind late) were all friendly and very patient with me and I didn't feel I was putting them out. It wasn't until we were on the way home and seen the time I had realised. Apologies for that! Any time I phoned or he phoned with updates he was always friendly and sounded excited for me. When we went up to collect the car, again we were met with a friendly smiling face and after all the paperwork was done he took us out and went through the car with us again. Will definitely be using them for all our future services and I have give my parents David's card for when they are ready to trade up. Hes very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have met. Thank you very much P.S Sorry for the length, I just think after speaking to a lot of other dealers that day and the week before, he was by far the most helpful and deserves to been acknowledged for it, thanks again. One very happy kia owner!
