What happens after I complete the complaints form?

  1. Wilsons of Rathkenny are dedicated to investigating your concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will contact you within one working day to acknowledge your complaint.
  2. We aim to carry out an investigation and respond to you within 3 working days from acknowledgement of your complaint. We may need to contact you to obtain additional information to complete this process.
  3. Any complaint processed through these procedures will be dealt with in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
