I Found the whole experience very satisfactory. Reception staff were very efficient and I was very pleased with my canteen voucher which was a most welcome gesture.
I had never heard of Wilsons before prior to this work being carried out on my vehicle, (emissions recall). The customer service was excellent. I was very surprised by everything.
