Wilsons of Rathkenny – Ballymena, have an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator to join the busy Aftersales Department. This is a full time, permanent position with an immediate start.This role will involve operating various computerised systems, maintenance of customer and vehicle information, general admin duties, and booking appointments and work onto the system. The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative, within time frames and as part of a team. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following: • Minimum of 1 years experience in a customer facing role dealing with the public and enquiries • Experience of operating computerised systems • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office programmes
