I bought a new Vauxhall Mokka from Alice. I initially only went in to have a look but Alice was so friendly and professional I left having purchased a brand new car! She made the whole experience so easy and she had such a lovely manner with her. I had my little dog with me and he was welcomed by all the team, he was even given a cup of water.
