Vauxhall is still the UK’s best-selling e-LCV manufacturer, according to the latest SMMT figures.* The Vauxhall Vivaro Electric has been named 'Best Zero Emission Medium Van' at the 2023 Fleet News Awards. These awards recognise pioneering ‘green’ innovation and vehicle fleets in the private and public sectors.
Vauxhall are also committed to an all-electric future. That’s why they are supplying 3,000 Vivaro Electric vans to British Gas – the UK’s largest commercial fleet EV order.
Vauxhall said, "In July 2021, we announced that our Ellesmere Port plant in the UK will be the first manufacturing site within the Stellantis group, to exclusively build all-electric vehicles. We’re investing £100 million in electric production in the UK, and our aim is for Ellesmere Port to be carbon neutral by mid-decade. It’s all exciting news.
