Responsibilities of the Role:
. Accurately undertaking the panel repair or replacement of damaged motor vehicles.
. Carrying out all repairs.
. Adhering to Thatcham or manufacturers repair methods.
. Working part of a team to complete jobs and assist colleagues where necessary to meet deadlines and targets.
. Demonstrating an understanding of technical principles and disciplines relevant to the role.
. Adhering to Health and Safety procedures.
. A minimum of 3 years' experience.
. An NVQ Level 3 accreditation achieved within the last 2 years, Manufacturer/ATA Panel Certified Qualifications advantageous (Additional training will be provided where required)
Requirements:
Experience within a Panel Beater / Panel Technician role is required.
· An efficient and hard-working Panel Beater with good attention to detail
· A good communicator
Our Aftersales Team requires a full-time Service Administrator.
The Service Administrator acts as liaison between customers and the service department by communicating with customers regarding vehicle problems and repair timeline, and expressing customer concerns to the service department.
