The Motor Ombudsman self-regulates the UK's motor industry through its comprehensive Chartered Trading Standard's Institute-approved Codes of Practice.

The Service and Repair Code commit garages to an open, transparent and fair method of business, aiming to maintain consistently high standards across the industry. Through receiving this certification we are demonstrating our commitment to operate as a responsible business and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
