Bought a new car for the first time in 14 years!! Paul Gilmore was very attentive and professional in his dealings with me and I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul to anybody looking to buy a new or used car from this dealership.

I bought a brand new Vauxhall Corsa of Darren McGarvey on 7th March 2021 and Iam very happy with my purchase. Darren’s professionalism & his customer service was triple 1st class and I’d buy of him in a heartbeat. Just one tiny bit of criticism though not towards Darren. When I went to pick my car up on the 24th March 2021 it wasn’t registered or taxed by the Dvla and Darren did all he could to get this sorted. The only thing I’d like to say to Wilson’s is when someone buys a new car, make sure and have it taxed & registered for the customer to drive away in it. But apart from this small discrepancy I would buy of Wilson’s again and once again I’d like to thank Darren McGarvey for his true professionalism and friendliness towards me, he’s a true gentleman in my opinion. 

Fantastic customer service from Wilson's Of Rathkenny. John Wilson listened to what I was after and he sourced exactly that it, I couldn't be any happier. The process was plain sailing. They were fantastic to deal with and fantastic at delivering it to my door. Thank you once again John, really appreciate everything you have done for me. Salesman David Simpson made us feel very comfortable and explained everything - a very nice person who is down to earth and provided the best car sales experience I have ever had. I myself struggle with things as I have cancer, but David made everything so easy for me from test drive to paper work, showing me how everything worked in the car and even connected my phone. I am so pleased with everything, from start to finish.

I have been a Kia customer for some years now as I have been impressed by the quality of cars and also by the great customer service provided by my local dealership at Wilsons of Rathkenny.

However, I am compelled to write to you to acknowledge the exemplary service provided by them, and their Mr David Simpson in particular, during the past year which has been very trying for us all during Covid lockdown.

For example - my car was due for service last summer but because of shielding I was hesitant to leave my home. Mr Simpson arranged to have my car collected, taken for service, and returned to me the same day.

Furthermore, last week I was to go for a vaccination but the car would not start ( it transpired that due to inactivity the battery had drained). Mr Simpson responded by coming to my house and resolving the issue within 30 minutes of my call.

This is service above and beyond what I would have expected and worthy of praise from a very satisfied customer.

I feel that both Wilsons and Mr Simpson should be recognised as the finest examples of Kia's outstanding service in general and would have no hesitation in nominating them for recognition should you consider dealership awards for 2021.

I found Wilsons of Rathkenny very helpful and friendly, and when I am going to change my car I will use them.

From initially going into the premises first time to the arrival of my new Kia Soul it was a simple and enjoyable process. David the Salesman was very informative and courteous and kept us informed the whole way through the process. His after service is the same. A credit to the firm. I appreciated the excellent service he provided. His attention to detail, great communication skills and ready smile made the whole experience better than I expected

Got a Kia Niro from David in Wilson's of Rathkenny. I loved his sales style at no point did i feel under pressure or pushed to buy something I didn't want unlike other big car dealers. I traveled from Newtownabbey to here even though there are dealers nearer to me. I traveled to Wilson's for a local personalised friendly service & got lots of it. Thank you David & love my new Niro to bits.
