Had an appointment with Carl today to decide on our choice of car. We both hadn’t a clue what we were doing, what we were looking for, very nervous as we were afraid incase we made the wrong choice and to be honest quite overwhelmed. What can I say??? Within 5 mins of talking to Carl in Vauxhall every one of our concerns, worry, nerves, doubts etc just left us. The nicest, friendliest fella we had ever met and believe me he knew his stuff. After purchasing a car from else where and having bother from day one after months of fighting we got sorted and decided to go to wilsons of rathkenny and it was the best decision we could of made from the first point of contact regarding a car Paul was very helpful the first car unfortunately was a 3 door and having kids I needed a 5 door Paul said he would keep an eye out for me and true to his word a few weeks later got in touch with exactly what I need he sorted the whole process for me and nothing was too much to ask he is a real credit to wilsons will definitely be back when I need to and will recommend to family and friends thank you very much for all the help.

Great Service from Vauxhall service. They brought my wife's vehicle into the workshop went over everything with me and gave me all my options.Really professional turn around. The Service manager Gareth went out of his way by making tea and coffee and then even delivering my vehicle back to me out of hours.First class service!!!

A big thank you to the staff. I was in getting my 2nd service, the young man on the service desk was so helpful. We enjoyed a cup of coffee on arrival, very much appreciated. I then decided to wander around the rest of the showroom. I was seeing what car I'd like to get next year. The man on the Kia & Nissan area was very helpful. He knew I wasn't changing until next year but he took time to talk to me. Then when my car was ready, the lovely young man came over, so well mannered. An asset to the firm. Thank you everyone.
